Rich has 23 years EMS/Fire background. I have been in many different roles from Fire fighter to Admin, First Responder to Nationally Registered Paramedic roles. I hold many certification throughout my career including State Faculty Member for statewide training. I have an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paramedicine along with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. I have been on the software side of RMS for 4 years.
